Refund Policy
We guarantee you will like the products we sell and we stand by our promise. We will offer a refund for all new, unopened, unused merchandise returned within 14 days of sale. You do not need to submit a RMA Request, just include the reason for return in your returned package. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable and will be deducted from your order. Some orders may require a 15% restocking fee. In case merchandise is defective, please include the details of the defect so we can ensure that future packages are checked for these issues. We process refunds promptly, but please allow upto 10 business days for refund processing. The time the refund takes to reach your account also depends on your financial institution.
